Your Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, such as by email or postal mail.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal.
Return of Goods
Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us about your decision to withdraw.
Exceptions
For health, hygiene, and consumer protection reasons, certain cosmetic and beauty products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if their protective seal has been removed after delivery.
